An officer of the law who is not held accountable to his actions become a bigger threat to the public he is sworn to protect. Killing an unarmed and non threatening animal is not only morally bankrupt but showing the colors of a person who would be a tremendous threat to the human population he obviously doesn’t respect or desire to protect

Too many police officers are trigger happy! They just want to shoot. They need to think before shooting. It was a little donkey not a terrorist with a machine gun. Disgusting behaviour from someone in such a responsible position. Kids should look up to police officers but when this sort of thing happens it isn't surprising that so many kids believe police are a joke!

The officer was trespassing on fenced property with farm animals! He said he was scared of a baby miniature donkey in his own yard! Show the body camera and the drone footage. why are they trying so hard to cover it up?

No reason to shoot this poor baby. We have to be their voice

I want to know why a baby animal was so intimidating that it was killed. I want to see for myself what happened to have an informed opinion.

If he needs to use the weapon on an innocent animal, I can’t imagine what he might do to an innocent human being. His unfit for duty in my opinion and should be prosecuted regardless if he’s a law-enforcement officer or not.

If the police have farmland in there area they should know about all the residents including 4 legged. He should not be in law enforcement. To protect and serve. Release the body cam footage

We must get the poorly trained and non-qualified people out from behind a badge and gun. This coming from a Law enforcement family.

The purpose of body cams is for actual recall of words/actions of the officer & parties involved. The fact the bodycam's footage isn't AUTOMATICALLY submitted is VERY suspicious. A trigger- happy officer needs to be stripped of his/her badge & denief lawful use of a firearm.
