This is going to be detrimental to my neighborhood, traffic, infrastructure, safety, environment, quality of life, and property value. It’s irresponsible of the Town of Apex to support a development of this size and redirect traffic flow though our neighborhood that is already overburdened with cut through traffic in addition to that of Thales and Peak Charter.

Serious problems with traffic and student activities exist on N. Salem Street, and added population well only create additional problems. The requested Traffic light at N. Salem and Brittley Way would be a better solution than the recently completed crosswalk, during peak periods

Don't add to the traffic thru HH and on Salem, first fix the infrastructure issues before more development, environmental concerns

The increased traffic flow on Brittley Way along with the increasingly difficult turn out of Brittley onto Salem St are just two reasons why this proposed development should not be allowed.

I’m in favor of higher density housing (compared to Haddon Hall) in the location as long as drainage/runoff and traffic issues are dealt with properly.

Roads are already too congested and it's harder to get out of our own neighborhoods. No more developing!

Infrastructure is WAY over due in the majority of the Apex area. WHY on Gods green earth would we continue to overburden with continuous building without solving infrastructure first?

Fix the traffic issues we already have

Too many units. Too much traffic. Too dense. Too many shortages - water, classrooms and buses. Poor buffer plan.

I don’t live in Hadden Hall but this will still affect my experience as a town resident. Traffic safety, stormwater management, wildlife and native plant protection should all be carefully monitored.

This area doesn’t have the infrastructure to hold this amount of traffic that these high density population housing will bring to the area

As a resident of Haddon Hall, I've seen the traffic and safety become an issue already with the 2 schools on either end of the neighborhood. You can't get out of the neighborhood or the driveway during dropoff and pickup without being aggressive. Stop signs are ignored, and the safety of pedestrians are at risk. The increase in traffic will strain the neighborhood even more along with all the roads around that are not equipped for the increased traffic.

Overcrowded traffic- schools- traffic- schools. This will only make it worse!

Road infrastructure and storm water management need to be fully developed. The developer at their cost needs to widen the road from the ford dealership to apex parkway and also pay to add for a traffic light which I am sure will be needed.

This is not a good location for a project of this scope.

Traffic is already a challenge in Apex this would definitely cause more issues unless it is addressed

Environmental concerns, over crowding of schools, large increase in traffic on Salem

Town council is ruining Apex without any concern of the people. This will not just impact Haddon Hall, it affects all of Apex. The congestion on 64 already can’t handle the traffic. Thales school already makes driving in the area a nightmare, we don’t need to add another community.

This has great potential to negatively impact our already stressed traffic in the area.
