Traffic on that road is already heavy during school times. Plenty of children are walking, biking in that area.

I attended an informational meeting about this a few weeks ago. Seems developers are going for as big as they can get away with and claim it is needed in this location. They claim a traffic study has been done while school was in session at Thales Academy, but I wonder if results looked at were an "average" daily traffic result as opposed to peak times. I'm in favor of development, but this does not seem to be in favor of people it actually impacts who understand the surrounding area.

I live at Haddon Hall and Blackburn. Traffic with the charter school and traffic cutting from 64 to Apex Peak Way or 55 is already a major issue at this intersection. There are mornings that it is hard to get out of the neighborhood to get to work. Not to mention my children crossing the street or trying to pull in and out of our own driveway. Adding access to additional traffic through our neighborhood should not be an option.

Water runoff very concerning since there is a creek behind my property which will be directly affected.

Haddon hall traffic has become incredibly frustrating. Park charter makes it impossible for me to get out of my street many mornings. No complaints make this better either. The traffic in Apex is terrible and nothing is being done to stop the growth. Apex peak way won’t be able to handle this either. It already needs more stoplights. Definitely oppose this.

Already too congested in this area and we are already dealing with effects of traffic cutting through the neighborhood. The safety of the residents should come first.

Stop signs on Brittley at the intersection of Frenchurch & Charlion Downs are already frequently ignored. This will be compounded by the addition of more traffic from the new development, dangering the safety & lives of those who have lived in this community for years!

I don't understand the growth plan for this area. It seems like the tiwm simply wants to jam as many people in the area without thought to what makes Apex a great town. We are losing the charm of our town. It does make me wonder what the powers that be are getting from this and other zo ing changes.

As a resident of Haddon Hall, and a tax payer in Apex, I am fully invested in the success of our town. But the rate at which it is growing is not sustainable, and the cost to the residents of Haddon Hall is too great. I hope the Town Council will seriously reconsider the proposal for this property.

Thus far, the developers/consultants have glossed over traffic and stormwater concerns when mentioned at town halls.

Much has already been said here, but it feels like the housing is being planned before the infrastructure to support it. I have no problem seeing more housing options available for folks coming to Apex, but it needs to be done in a way that doesn’t create problems for both the new and existing residents.

It's already difficult enough to get out of the neighborhood in the mornings and afternoons due to Thales on one end and Peak Charter on another. Traffic already backs up and comes to a complete stop on N Salem, Blackburn, Haddon Hall (onto 55), and Peakway during school start/end times. Adding the vehicles of about 450ish units without dealing with the already existing problem is asinine. It is beyond ridiculous that this usage has been approved. There has consistently been zero thought given

There is already too much dense housing in Apex. It is becoming continual sprawl with little open space. There are already too many people for the roads and infrastructure.

There is far too much, and too rapid residential development going on in this town. As a resident of Apex for the past 29 years, the growth while amazing has started to become destructive to the quality of life here. The town may be looking for additional tax revenue by green lighting projects like this, they really need to stop and take a look around to see what they are doing to our community.
