Traffic through the neighborhood is already bad with vehicles cutting through from the Charter school. Developers are not being realistic if they think no traffic will cut through.

We need to control the rate of growth until infrastructure can catch up. If that means more people can’t live in Apex, so be it.

Apex must slow growth down at least until the roads and support functions can catch up. The town must hold cost to resumable amounts.

Do not allow any school or store to block a public road. Expand the road to four lanes with ample turn lanes before neighbors die of a heart attack because an ambulance can’t reach them in time.

Horrible idea building that many high density units, unthinkable that the town would choose to affect our neighborhood and property values in this way!

We already have too much traffic with two schools near Haddon Hall, people do not stop at the stop sign and not following the road safety. Concerned resident....

Apex town council needs to wake up and realize they are ruining the town.

New communities need to be respectful of existing communities. Please do not change our way of life. Restructure the road system to avoid Haddon Hall. Be mindful of harmful water runoff. I know it is said it will be no different, but we all know better. What is good for the proposed community is often not good for the existing communities!

I believe our leaders don't worry about what the people thing. They feel they have a mandate to grow and they do not care about long-term value. My focus for their performance. what have you done to improve the value the home owners in Cary and what have you done to cut costs and reduce my taxes.

I leave near this area. I'm concerned about traffic and the loss of the look of the area.

I am in support of the Haddon Hall residencts. There is too much traffic on Salem Street and the amount of housing that could be proposed for this property will greatly affect our town.

We are residents across this area. These developments will hugely affect the traffic.

Quality of life. We need better infrastructure before adding more people to Apex.
