The water rates in Merrick are egregious!!!!!!!!!!! The rates have increased very dramatically recently & over the last few years and are slated to continue rising quickly & unfairly with no stopping the tide under Liberty ownership (which is also a "Canadian" company). We need the SNWA to bring back justice and equitable water rates that are affordfable for the proper quality of water.

It makes no sense why rates are so high compared to Levittown water. This rate increases completely unfair to your consumers that have no choice, but to use your service and we aren’t going to stand for it anymore.

Access to water is so important and should be a public utility with transparency. The reviews I see from the community boards are frightening and it is scary that a for profit company can force their initiatives on the public with no transparency or accountability.

It’s a disgrace what liberty water charges!!! Water isn’t something that should be a money maker. Your local government should provide water as a right to clean drinking water. The state needs to take them over and everything they have should be consumed by Town of Hempstead water!!!

Liberty Waters is charging exorbitant rates and their excuses don't make sense when other residents from other towns pay so little for water. It's time to give us the same treatment as other neighboring towns treat their residents. We're being milked to the point where enough is enough. There was a time when water was free!!!! Our high taxes should be covering the expense to maintain decent water and delivery.
