This is a very serious issue which is not taken care of by the respective Masai and Dakshu gurukul IIT Guwahati. We are the first batch of the micro credit program in cse from iitgxmasai batch of 2024-2025 earlier we were told that we would get official ac.in email but iit rejected that and given us zoho mails which is not useful at all and now the main issue is CREDITS it's been 1.5 years since the course is completed and we didn't get our credits in our respective ABC account please hear us

I paid ₹5,000 as a registration fee to Nolan Edutech Pvt. Ltd (Masai). on 3 May 2024 after a sales representative convinced me with promises of easy EMI and good career opportunities. Having just passed Class 12, I trusted his assurances. When I requested a refund, he treated me rudely, asked me to wait a month, ignored my repeated calls, and eventually refused to refund my money. I demand a full refund of ₹5,000 and support collective legal action to hold the company accountable.

We deserve a clear timeline for the promised 24 academic credits, clarification regarding institutional email IDs, and a fair decision on the partial refund request. This isn't acceptable. No one is holding the accountability. And it's really a waste of busy we were promised about credits , email ,iitg campus access and many more but none of them was done in the right way . Also we definitely need the partial refund for wasting our time .

I got failed in last Trimester, via allegations of cheating ...i attended the meeting which was held to check if I cheated or not in that meeting I was late by 4 minutes ..they didn't heared me ..okay let's just say I failed ..but if I did there is an option of clearing backlog in every minor degree/ credit link certification as far as I know , ,but they didn't Heard and handed me the certificate as it is but not the credits

Respectfully they just looted us like even when we paid fees been in regular session and still no placements and how many times we have to just clear our resume to sit for an interview it's my 12th time correcting my resume but still not a single response. Even when about giving an official iit gurukul email they divert our attention to something else they think that we don't remember.
