Huge safety concern at that corner especially when children are walking to school. Need a traffic study.

The street currently has a 90 degree turn between Copeland place and drive. Trucks and cars have a difficult time making the turn or observing the children playing. The cars parking behind the proposed car ports will be parked in the street just like the 42 nd St ally. This ends up in a dangerous situation.
We have had one child killed and others hit on this side of Adams in Kensington. Cars drive too fast and 25 mile per hour speed limit should be reduced.

This corner is very “tight”. It can be challenging for a regular sized vehicle to maneuver between parked cars when taking the turn. Due to the “right angle” the turn is somewhat “blind”
