I am currently in my second year of Bachelor in Sharia and Law. Mandating physical exams midway through our program forces working students to take hard-to-get leave and pay steep travel costs just to take an exam. If students cannot meet these new demands and are forced to drop out, losing non-refundable fees makes the situation even worse. This policy change should not apply retroactively to current batches—it should strictly begin with new intakes

I cannot be able to attend the Exam in-person, if it is held in Male'
I am signing because this sudden rule change damages trust and will stop future students from enrolling. We chose this course based on a clear agreement for online exams. Forcing in-person testing creates a massive financial loss for those outside the city and will ruin the program's reputation for new applicants.

I am signing because the decision to hold exams in person breaks our initial agreement for a fully online course. Many of us live outside the city and face massive financial and logistical losses due to sudden travel costs. The Bar Council must honor the original online agreement.

Had physical examination been a requirement from the outset, many of us may have made different decisions regarding enrichment.
