We ask the school to change the senior trip dates so they do not clash with a very important MUN event, because missing it would be a great loss for the whole MUN club.

The senior trip should be a time when students can take part fully and enjoy it without being forced to choose between two important school opportunities. For those of us in MUN, this event matters a great deal. It is not just another meeting or activity. It is something the club has worked hard for, and many students have put time, energy, and commitment into preparing for it. If the dates stay the same, members of the MUN club will have to miss something that means a lot to them, and that would be disappointing for the students involved and for the school community as a whole.

We understand that planning school events is not easy, and we appreciate the effort that goes into making sure students have meaningful experiences. But when possible, these dates should be adjusted so students are not put in the position of losing out on an important opportunity. A simple change in timing would allow more students to participate fully and would show that student commitments are being taken seriously.

We respectfully ask that the senior trip dates be moved so the MUN club can attend its important event without conflict.
