We are asking Big Hit to consider South Africa and, more broadly, fans across Africa when planning to bring BTS to the continent. For many of us, this is about more than a concert. It is about being seen and included as part of BTS’s global family, not left on the side while other regions get the chance to share in the experience.

Across Africa, and especially in Uganda, there are many BTS fans who have supported the group with real love and loyalty. Young people and older fans alike are hoping for the same opportunity: to welcome BTS in person, celebrate their music together, and show how much their work means here. A visit to South Africa would mean a great deal not only to fans there, but to many of us across the continent who have waited and hoped for this moment.

Africa has a passionate and growing BTS community, and we believe that community deserves to be considered seriously. Bringing BTS to South Africa would help make that dream feel real for fans who have long supported them from afar.
