I’ve had issues with cards and I like being able to have completely control of what I order and how much it’s going to be and deciding what I keep and take out versus going back and forth with a rep.

It’s important for order tracking, and frankly it doesn’t fit the needs of my business - my reps keep changing and orders are delayed to wait for next business day (im a night esti) and when the rep sees it.

Convenience, calculating cart total with ease prior to ordering, not having to contact a rep during business hours to order when I am working hands on with clients.

bc why can customers buy online, but as a licensed wholesaler who recommends these products daily, i can’t order online ? running a small business as a solo esthetician is challenging enough.

Need!!! Running a business is hard enough, having access to online ordering as needed is extremely valuable. The reps are wonderful but it’s immensely easier to just sit and make an order.

It’s so inconvenient and time consuming to have to order through a rep. As business owners time is money, and text messages and emails to reps do slip through where I have to then check if the order was actually processed. I would actually spend MORE money with vivant if I didn’t have the hassle of going through a rep.

It is detrimental that we have the online ordering platform back. It is too time consuming relying on reps to place our orders and having to wait sometimes days for a response back. We need to have the opportunity to place an order whenever we can and not have to worry about delayed shipping because a rep is out of town, tired or etc. (case stated)

Ive had trouble with my rep processing the card on file BEFORE I agree that I want the order. I'd prefer to see the total of each product alongside total price. Bring back the site
