We ask KFC Salt Lake City to bring back the Salt Lake City, Utah KFC buffet so our families can enjoy it once again.

Many families in Salt Lake City remember the buffet as a place where people could share a meal, and enjoy time together. It was more than just a food option. It was part of a community routine that gave families an comfortable place to gather.

Across the eastern half of the country, KFC buffets are reopening at a record pace, and that gives us hope that the West might not be left behind. If these buffets can return in other places, then Salt Lake City deserves the same chance. Our community would welcome the comfort, convenience, and sense of tradition that the buffet brought before it was discontinued.

We respectfully ask KFC Salt Lake City to consider restoring the buffet for the families who enjoyed it before, and for the many more who would enjoy it now. Bringing it back would mean a lot to people here, and it would be a small but meaningful way to give the community something familiar and appreciated back.
