Well-stocked welcoming bookstores offer so much more than books, cards and calendars. They bring a sense of yearning to know more just seeing stacks and stacks of thousands of books on so many things to think about. Libraries are the mainstay of satisfying curiosity but bookstores, especially emporiums like B&N, can showcase the world right now and all that is current and developing. A happy memory is of a part-time job I had at a bookstore in Los Angeles - just a glorious experience.

Stop us from online shopping!! I want an indoor browse, sit, sip and buy experience. My book club will love it. Our local library has emptied sitting due to unhomed population. No place for book lovers plus I buy lots of non-book items too.

Book stores are a dying breed and need to be brought back! I would love to be able to regularly bring my daughter to a Barnes and Nobles as she gets older!

I love books! I’m a retired teacher and have always purchased books for gifts! I would love having a great bookstore with a large variety of books to purchase!

I love to read. I read an average of 40 to 50 books a year. I miss having a book store to browse in.

We desperately need Barnes and Noble in Wenatchee. It would benefit so many people in a lot of areas in Eastern and Central Washington!

I've been ordering books from Barnes & Noble for years. I used to go to the one at University Village in Seattle then that one was closed. I order so many books - I'd love to see a brick and mortar Barnes & Noble in Wenatchee.

A physical bookstore brings people together. It’s massively therapeutic. I love books!
