This is the means in which the citizen's voices will be heard. The flock cameras are an infringement on our rights. The same rights that so many faithful members of our society have died to protect. We should do our part to stand against the relinquishing of these freedoms.

I don’t like the burgeoning surveillance state the Flock cameras represent. It will happen by increments. In five years, or in ten years, will we be given a “social score” like the Chinese? Who will be in charge then? Will they be trustworthy? If illegal surveillance - that without a warrant and probable cause - is not stopped in its tracks now, where will it lead?
Though l live very near city limits, I do business nearly daily within city limits, so this is a subject very germane to me.

I do not appreciate bureaucratic overreach, and these are footholds of the surveillance state. Red light cameras are a little different, but these are a big NO

Flock cameras are an unnecessary invasion of privacy. There have been numerous instances of these systems causing more harm than good, and our small town should not be subjected to this level of constant surveillance.
