It’s the right idea but the wrong plan. By downsizing the current plan and keeping the same number of units as currently exists it could probably be built better, faster and cheaper. A win for everyone. Vote No!

The plan is flawed and everyone impacted deserves better. It's out of scale and out of place and misses an opportunity to integrate the affordable housing into the cityscape

This project is inappropriate on so many levels (and such a blatant money grab -disguised as do-gooding- that will only benefit a handful of people). It is a monumental missed opportunity to integrate a new, proportionate-to-its-surroundings, mixed income building, perhaps with some businesses on the ground floor, which would benefit the residents and create actual community instead of continuing the ghettoization low income housing seems to generally perpetuate.
