We travel to Huntsville, Decatur, Cullman, Birmingham and various other facilities every spring and summer for soccer tournaments. Would be a huge addition to the city and our children.

We have many talented athletes up and coming in Athens . This would help keep that trend going. Help them represent Athens.

Soccer is an underserved sport in our town. Athens High school and Middle school have had record numbers showing up for tryouts - we need better facility support for all these aspiring athletes!

Soccer is the fastest growing sport in America l. Our kids are often going out of town to find clubs with good facilities to play at. Let’s keep them here!

I would love to see Athens expand their support of youth soccer & other sports. It would be awesome to be able to host youth soccer tournaments like we are able to for softball and baseball.

The city has failed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing population. Ee are in desperate need of soccer fields.
