Mobile coverage in the basement is important, and as not all blocks have access to "both basements", the "2 levels" are correctly designated as a upper and lower basement, however still just 1 overall basement level

Zero connectivity in times of emergency as the main priority followed by huge inconvenience when we have to receive guests or contact private hire cars (grab, etc) during bad weather via basement pick-ups.

Can never get my map to load while still parked in the basement.. it's distracting and dangerous to be trying to load it at the exit/pickup point area where there are more pedestrians and vehicles!

As residents, we believe that having reliable mobile signal coverage in basement areas is an important part of creating a safe and well-connected living environment. Many of us rely on our mobile phones for communication, access to essential services, digital payments, and receiving important updates. Poor or unavailable signal in basements can cause inconvenience and may become a concern during urgent situations when timely communication is needed. We hope to seek support in improving basement

Mobile coverage is critical for everyone irrespective of the place, but within the basement it is super critical. Currently have no Mobile connection in the basement. So I request for the needful at the earliest.

It’s a bit ridiculous by our telcos to say that they can only cover 1 basement out of 2 and if any danger occurs it’s up to us and our own pocket to ensure connectivity. Telcos should be helping to provide this infrastructure as a base level to all citizens.

1) B2 is the entry lobby for my block 8. When I book a taxi, I use B2 as my pickup address especially if it’s raining or when I’ve luggage. On occasions, driver was unable to reach me and vice versa when he got lost or delayed.
2) if there is a security breach in B2 we are unable to dial for emergency services
3) for medical emergencies we need Internet connectivity
Internet Connectivity therefor is a must and a necessity
