Decision Makers: Brad Little

We, the undersigned Christians of Idaho, oppose Proposition 1. We confess one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We receive human life as His gift.

God the Son became man in the Virgin Mary’s womb. His Incarnation calls us to honor human life from its beginning. From conception, a child is one human being, body and soul, bearing God’s image. Even the smallest human body is the body of someone.

“This is my body, which is given for you,” says Christ. In the Holy Supper, He gives us Himself that we may live. The cry “My body, my choice” reverses that gift. The innocent preborn child is made the scapegoat, his or her death offered as the price of another’s freedom. The bloodshed of abortion is a demonic assault on human life made in God’s image. Here we see a false sacrament.

From her earliest centuries, the Church fed the poor and received strangers. Our churches and homes are open to women facing difficult pregnancies. We will give our time and what we have to care for them and their children. If you have had an abortion or encouraged one, you can come to the Church and find mercy. Christ calls us to repent and promises forgiveness to all who turn to Him.

Only Christ, through His Church, can heal our land. There, the Holy Spirit brings us into communion with the Father through the Son.

We oppose making the destruction of innocent preborn human life a protected right.

My mother was raped. I'm still here because she chose not to abort me. Save a Life!

Too many people do not discuss the ramifications of abortion, when you have sat with women that have made that choice, & you see their regret later in life, & sometimes the health consequences that come with, you want to be a strong advocate for sharing God's word & truth with people, giving them freedom & truth from the lies of the enemy. Psalm 139: 13-14/ Genesis1: 1: 26-27

I’ve seen the tragedy of the lives lost other than the unborn baby. The guilt and shame also murders.

As the father of two human babies who were born at 25 weeks gestation at 1 lb 10.5 Oz and 1 lb 11.5 Oz and having held them, nurtured them and fretted over them. As one who has seen children at this gestational age not only vulnerable, but at the same time fighting to live for months after being told they must be aborted, then that they would never survive; but then to see those same two children become women who are now 32 year old images of the living God. Who am I not to uphold God's plan?

The preborn child is a human being, created in the image of God, and thus possesses infinite value - they deserve our protection and our nurturing. Protect them against the barbaric evil of those who want to legalize the choice to murder the most innocent and most vulnerable ones among us. Vote no on Prop 1.

Ending abortion is the battle of our age. It won’t be an easy one to win, but we must persevere until not only is it illegal, but also unthinkable.

What part of "Thou shall not murder " don't you understand!
