To Vice President JD Vance and the Secretaries of the Executive Departments:
We, the undersigned executives, investors, and commercial operators of the United States business community, issue this formal declaration regarding an immediate risk-mitigation mandate for our national security and commercial infrastructure.
Corporate governance (private or public) requires that if a sitting executive exhibits accelerating cognitive decline, hyper-fixation on trivial operational matters, and erratic decision-making during a multi-trillion-dollar fiscal liability crisis (Iran War, US economy, National Debt) the Board of Directors and/or financers (institutions, shareholders) must invoke internal controls to protect the organization's assets and shareholders.
Our national security, our critical international alliances, and the stability of the global economy, along with the stability of our currency, cannot be exposed to executive instability. A leader experiencing severe cognitive impairment cannot safely navigate a $39.5 trillion national debt or execute unilateral command over our strategic military assets.
Therefore, as guardians of American commerce and institutional stability, we formally implore the Cabinet to put the security of the United States above partisan considerations. We urge you to fulfill your constitutional obligation under Section 4 of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment and initiate a formal evaluation of presidential fitness immediately.
The cost of inaction to our republic, our economy, and global security is simply too high.
The self dealing is unbearable.
