We are asking the Canadian Government and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to give meaningful and compassionate consideration to Efosa’s humanitarian and compassionate application so he can remain permanently in Canada and be reunited with his wife and children.
Efosa has been separated from his wife and children for an extended period while he remains in Canada and they remain in his home country. This long separation has created deep emotional, psychological, and family hardship. It has also made it difficult for the family to plan for the future with any sense of security or stability.
As a husband and father, being apart from his immediate family for so long has been especially hard. His wife has had to carry the weight of family responsibilities without his daily presence, and their children have had to grow up without the steady support and care of their father. Family unity matters deeply to the well-being, stability, and development of children, and prolonged separation takes a real toll on everyone involved.
We respectfully ask that Efosa’s circumstances be carefully considered, including the best interests of his children, the hardship caused by the ongoing separation, and the strong need for family reunification. A fair and compassionate assessment would give this family the chance to rebuild their lives together in Canada.
We believe that compassion, family unity, and the best interests of children should remain important values in Canada’s immigration system. We ask that this application be approved so Efosa’s family can finally be reunited and move forward together.
Being one who experiences long distance marriage I understand what implications it has on family and generally the home. I therefore appeal for Efosa's consideration being the kind man that he is and I strongly believe he would continue to impact and contribute positively to the Canadian community he's in.
