Madam/Sir,
Under instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. Kulvinder Singh, resident of Gurdwara Bala Sahib City Quota H-14, Ashram, South Delhi – 110014, I hereby serve upon you the present Legal Notice as follows:

You are therefore hereby called upon, through this Legal Notice, to:
a. Pay ₹2,50,000/- received from my client;
b. Reimburse ₹1,50,000/- incurred by my client from his own funds in Dubai as a consequence of your failure to provide the promised arrangements/services;
c. Pay ₹10,000/- towards legal notice charges;
d. Pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum on ₹4,00,000/- from the respective dates of payment/incurring of expenses until actual realization; and
e. Reimburse any other documented expenses directly arising from the transactions and representations made by you, if applicable.

You are hereby called upon to make the aforesaid payment within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this Legal Notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings and such other proceedings as may be available to him in law, entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences.

Please take notice that in the event of your failure to comply with the above demand within the stipulated period, my client shall be entitled to initiate appropriate proceedings for recovery of money, interest, compensation, costs and other consequential reliefs, besides pursuing such other remedies as may be available under the applicable laws, including remedies arising from the alleged false representations and failure to honour the commitments made by you.
All such proceedings shall be initiated without any further notice to you, and you shall be solely responsible for all litigation expenses, court fees, advocate’s fees, interest and other consequential costs.

This Legal Notice is being issued without prejudice to all other rights, claims, remedies and contentions available to my client in law and equity.
You are advised to treat this notice as final opportunity to resolve the matter and make full payment within the stipulated period.
A copy of this Legal Notice is retained in my office for record and future legal proceedings.
