Those responsible for this cruel act must be identified, investigated, and brought to justice. They must face the maximum punishment permitted by law. Wildlife cannot speak for itself, and it is our responsibility to protect innocent lives. We demand justice for Kawanthissa and stronger action to prevent such cruelty from happening again.
