We, whose names appear on this petition, call upon all of our State of Tennessee representatives to commit to defending the rights of the law abiding gun owners of Tennessee against the United States Congress, the President of the United States, and any international body, treaty, or convention, such as the United Nations, should any new laws, rules, regulations, or orders be passed which have the effect of restricting the gun rights of those within their jurisdiction. Our representatives shall declare any such law, rule, regulation, or order to be “Null and Void” within the borders of Tennessee, and we hereby demand that Tennessee law enforcement agencies carry out enforcement of our State law against any Federal or international agent or officer which acts contrary to Tennessee law.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
