" This petition is from the people of Tecumseh to the Town Counsel of Tecumseh for an off-leash dog park. It has been suggested to have a double-gated entrance, which prevents dogs from escaping and reduces aggression when a new dog enters. Also, a smaller fenced-in area (within the larger area) has been suggested for more timid dogs who may prefer to stay away from the larger crowd. Many have expressed their concerned for the newer bylaws to be posted on the sign, such as "no pitbulls, or no pitbull mixes" in addition to "no unneutered dogs" or "no unspayed" dogs. Windsor has neglected to update their signage as the other cities have done. The typical rules such as "You must clean up after your dog" and "You are responsible for your dog at all times" will also be expected.
