I, the undersigned, as a homeowner in Tamarac, and therefore a member of the Tamarac Homeowners' Association, respectfully request the Tamarac City Commission to reject the application for a land use plan amendment and zoning change which would completely close one of the golf courses at Woodmont, and allow 255 single family houses, as well as commercial properties to be built on portions of both the Cypress and Pines Golf Courses.  I understand that there is a covenant which covers that property, requiring it to be golf courses and a country club for the benefit of the property owners of Tamarac until 2074.
