I, the undersigned,
as a homeowner in Tamarac, and therefore a member of the Tamarac Homeowners’
Association, respectfully request the Tamarac City Commission to reject
the application for a land use plan amendment and zoning change which would
close one of the golf courses at Woodmont, and allow 255 single family houses
to be built on the golf course. I understand that there is a covenant which
covers that property, requiring it to be a golf course and country club for the
benefit of the property owners in Tamarac until 2074.
