Restore Denali Wolf Buffer
The Petition
We the undersigned support reinstating the Stampede Closed Area on Alaska state lands surrounded by Denali National Park. The closure would prohibit the taking of wolves by hunting or trapping within the designated boundaries (shown in map below). The closure would provide needed protection for the wolves of Denali National Park when they move into this historically important part of their habitat.
