You have admitted that you were wrong to demote Adrian Smith, and have "apologised" to him, although only after losing in court.
Now prove that your apology was sincere, if it was. Put your money where your mouth is.
Please give Adrian his old job back, backdated, with back pay. And then leave him alone, to get on with his job.
Or at least give him fair compensation for the wrong you have at last admitted doing to him, if reinstating him retrospectively simply isn't possible.
You owe it to Adrian. He did nothing wrong. You know that. The public knows that. The court said as much. Please reinstate or compensate him now. The public is watching.
