Dear Trafford Housing Trust
You have admitted that you were wrong to demote Adrian Smith, and have "apologised" to him, although only after losing in court.
Now prove that your apology was sincere, if it was. Put your money where your mouth is.
Please give Adrian his old job back, backdated, with back pay. And then leave him alone, to get on with his job.
Or at least give him fair compensation for the wrong you have at last admitted doing to him, if reinstating him retrospectively simply isn't possible.
You owe it to Adrian. He did nothing wrong. You know that. The public knows that. The court said as much. Please reinstate or compensate him now. The public is watching.

Trafford Housing Trust remains silent despite the court ruling. We are still waiting for them to do the right thing by Adrian.

Total joke that they can treat an employee like this and get away with it. Pay the man what he is owed and move on.
