" I am employed at Metropolitan care and support. I am dismayed that my employer believes it is reasonable to honour the contracts of 2 ex senior members by making payments of 600,000.00 yet several months later wishes to rip up the contracts of 100's of frontline staff. I believe the proposals to slash pay and impose inferior terms and conditions are grossly unfair, will damage staff morale and have a negative impact on the service we deliver. I will consider taking action inorder to protect my pay and terms and conditions."

unacceptable behavior. keep our contracts as they are.
600,000 to two people!?? while the rest of us struggle? i am so sick of management thinking they can just screw us over.
Ridiculous. Frontline staff are the backbone of this company and deserve to be treated with respect. Not this.
How can you justify paying 600k to people who left while cutting the pay of the people actually doing the work. Disgraceful.
Do the right thing and stop these cuts. We work too hard for this.
