Puppy Mills have been an issue in America since before the Great Depression. Unfortunately, we have seen shockingly little progress go by over the span of a century. Though most people know that cruelty to animals is wrong and unfair, some still decide to make our pets prisoners of greed. This petition is for those families who bought commercially bred puppies just to see them die a week later in front of their child's eyes. For those animals who have to gnaw their own paws off just to escape the bottom of their barbed wire cages. We ask the American Government to act now and make Puppy Mills a main priority. Animals may not have voices, but they have one weapon on their side- us.
