Seeing these signatures grow reminds me of the sweet puppies I once rescued from a similar fate. We are nearing the target and I need each of you to get this in front of your neighbors so we can force Petland to change their ways.

Seeing one hundred people stand against this treatment of animals brings me so much relief. My heart breaks every time I think of those puppies in wire cages, but your support proves that we do not have to accept this cruelty.

Petland should not be allowed to sell ANY animals. The husbandry is awful, its incredible sad to look at those animals.
This pet store is nothing but a SCAM!!! I bought a rabbit there and it didn't get along with my other rabbit.. I returned it less than 24 hours later and they would not return our money. They didn't tell us anything about their return policies at time of purchase. How many times can they charge that outrageous price for the SAME ANIMAL. I am furious. I emailed the company and they did nothing. Not even contact me back. I have decided to take action in my community to STOP PETLAND.
It's sad to see puppies sleeping in cages it's disgusting to think that it's still okay in canada . :(

Some customers are under the impression that because they purchased a dog through Petland their dog is a pure bred, but it is not. They think that by Petland referring to these puppy producers as breeders their puppy is a purebred. Purebreds are not sold to pet stores.

Last time I was at Petland I watched multiple kids sit on a bunny, parents did not care, employees did not care, I budged my way in and hogged the pen the bunny was in for as long as I could. I still think about that bunny as soon as I sat beside him and showed him I wasn't a threat he nudged my leg and dug his head into my lap. I have no idea where he is now. he was 6 months old and albino, because of that he was 19.99. anyone over 18 and 20 bucks can purchase a living being who just wants love and do anything they want to them disgusts me. I would have taken that little guy home if I was 18 and had the funds but I'm not willing to make my other bunnies lives worse.
