A puppy mill is a place where dogs are bred in horrifying conditions. They are cramped in small wired cages where they can barely move. They are not given enough food, water, exercise, visits to the vet, and are often left abandoned to die. What did they do to deserve this Nothing. Dogs are our Best Friends. Lets save them.
