My own childhood memories are haunted by the dread of these weapons and I know many of you feel that same weight. Nuclear weapons are immoral full stop. How can we call ourselves a civilised country while holding onto weapons designed to wipe out entire cities of civilians. It makes me sick.
Trident is just a cold war relic that does nothing for our actual security. Time to grow up and get rid of the whole program before someone makes a mistake.

Ridiculous to even think about spending billions on these when people are using food banks down the road. Priorities are completely upside down.
Total waste of money when the NHS is falling apart. We dont need these things sitting in the water doing nothing but gathering rust. Scrap the lot of them.
We need to create a document that is as much recognised and significant as such agreements like the Geneva convention and a public pledge such as the Hippocratic oath which can’t be gone back on and changed, ultimately showing how strongly the leader of their country is fully committed and steadfast in disarmament of the nuclear weapons they hold, each leader of the 9 countries will sign this new document publicly on tv etc and the media will need to give that moment huge attention, for obvious reasons no disarmament will begin until all 9 leaders have signed this document, the team/commission who will lead the process in disarming all world wide nuclear weapons will be formed from the highest level of operatives of all 9 countries that ultimately who are in charge of nuclear weapons in their country, I believe Prince William will be the first to be more than willingly and forthcoming to sign this document at pulling the trigger of the starter pistol of the beginning to the end.

I stand against nuclear weapons, I don't believe any human has the right to take another human life, there is no need for such horrible weapons!! How's about no one has a nuke?? Would most certainly help to protect the planet, and innocent human lives that get caught up in the childish arguments between country leaders, how's about they fight their own battles instead of sending others to do their dirty work, and instead of nukes pick up a sword instead, want to end a life, fine but you can end your own between you all. Pathetic.
