Marc Emery going to prison is wrong. He sold Marijuana seeds and Seeds Are Life. The Government collected taxes off him and now he is being sent to America to face criminal charges even bigger then violent offenders who cripple and/or kill their victims. And why is he being sent to America The anti-drug law-enforcement community got pissed because they could not find a judge and jury who would lock him up for his so called "Crimes" in Canada so instead he is being sent to America where might I add he never stepped foot on or sold seeds too.
