The council just confirmed they are scrapping the Lewisham Vale development plans entirely. Seeing this project get cancelled brings me so much relief for my neighborhood but we need to stay vigilant about what comes next.

I have been spending my evenings reviewing the planning files and mapping out exactly how much this construction will destroy our neighborhood character. The silence from the council is frustrating but we are preparing our formal response to ensure they cannot ignore our concerns about the site.

this development is way too big for the area. it will ruin the whole neighborhood feel and block all the light. stop it now.

the infrastructure cant handle this many new people. no parking no extra schools no doctors. where is the planning department taking their checks from??
