We've recently heard that our lovely EA colleagues have been formally told they can no longer work from the Monmouth Office after December. Instead, they are either asked to work in Tewekesbury (a marathon commute for most) or in the Hereford Council Offices.
Asking them to leave (whoever is driving this, we just don't know), seems unfair and nonsense. Our working relationship for cross border matters needs to be stronger than ever, not weakened! Why joint work with the council in Hereford when they could joint work here with us.
