I am a father of three and am horrified that NSW DoCS, in concert with the courts and some health providers, appears to run in a police state mode where caregivers who do their own research and find better solutions for their kids' problems are punished for their individual thoughts and actions by having their kids confiscated. Efforts of legal recourse for the parents are thwarted aggressively and the kids whose health problems were at the center of the argument are then neglected badly.
