To Repudiate the Illegal Debt and Lower the Income Taxes We the Tax Payers of the State of New Jersey, expect, you, All of Our Elected Representativesto uphold their Oaths of Office, by complying with the U S Constitution, the New Jersey Constitution and all Federal and New Jersey State Laws. We respectfully request, specifically, that you: A. Comply with New Jersey Constitution Art. VIII Sect II Taxation and Finance; Except as hereinafter provided, no law (creating debt) shall take effect until it shall have been submitted to the people at a general election and approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting thereon. This is know as the Debt Limitation Clause; B. Not authorize Monetization of any Public Assets, C. Declare by joint Resolutions or Legislation that: (1) all State debt unauthorized by voter referendum is herewith Repudiated (2) and the State Income Rates are lowered by the amount of the savings.
