To Repudiate the Illegal Debt and Lower the Income Taxes
We the Tax Payers of the State of New Jersey, expect, you, All of Our Elected Representativesto uphold their Oaths of Office, by complying with the U S Constitution, the New Jersey Constitution and all Federal and New Jersey State Laws. We respectfully request, specifically, that you:
A. Comply with New Jersey Constitution Art. VIII Sect II Taxation and Finance; Except as hereinafter provided, no law (creating debt) shall take effect until it shall have been submitted to the people at a general election and approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting thereon.
This is know as the Debt Limitation Clause;
B. Not authorize Monetization of any Public Assets,
C. Declare by joint Resolutions or Legislation that:
(1) all State debt unauthorized by voter referendum is herewith Repudiated
(2) and the State Income Rates are lowered by the amount of the savings.
So say, the Tax Payers of the State of New Jersey:
I am currently finalizing the formal brief that cites the specific constitutional violations outlined in our petition. This documentation will be delivered to the chairs of the Assembly Budget Committee and the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee by the end of the week.

NJ taxes are absolutely out of control. Nobody ever voted for this mountain of debt. Stop spending our money like it grows on trees!

Finally someone is saying it. My husband and I work hard but barely see a paycheck anymore between the federal and state cuts. Give us a break.
