Not long ago eBay decided to remove the ability of its hardworking sellers to be able to leave negative/neutral feedback to their sellers. eBays argument to this was that the buyer has paid for the product, what more could there be to it? But we've had so many buyers ABUSING the program leaving bad feedback for the most outrageous of reasons 'product isn't as described' or 'arrived one day late'. The first one is purely objective whilst the second one is almost impossible to achieve during extreme weather conditions! Even when we offer full refunds for the item (incl PP by the way) the buyers still don't communicate or return the item! At times, our competitors simply buy a product from us using a dummy account in order to leave bad feedback! We as sellers would like the ability to defend ourselves and our livelihood. We help eBay make money, why can't eBay help us? Petition is simple, give sellers the right to leave their buyers negative/neutral feedback. It'll make things even again and make buyers think twice before leaving frivolous negative feedback!
