Cubans only responsible for defining its national sovereignty. To enable citizens to truly design, decide and build their future should be guaranteed by law before the rights to speak, associate, choose and travel; required to participate democratically in the process. In this Roadmap rights are road and end, but not exclusively. They are also necessary solidarity, respect for others and participation of all to achieve reconciliation, justice, peace and complete freedom. In this way we can make a genuine national dialogue and start the process of legal changes without exclusions, so that people can keep everything positive you created and change sovereignly decide what to change.
