Exigimos a los cancerberos de dictadura castrista que cesen el acoso contra la Red Cubana de Comunicadores Comunitarios, que le sean devueltos sus utiles de trabajo periodistico, que concluya el sitio a su sede y se respete su derecho de reunion y asociacion.


CONSTITUCUIN DE CUBA

Articulo 26.- Toda persona que sufriere dano o perjuicio causado indebidamente por funcionarios o agentes del Estado con motivo del ejercicio de las funciones propias de sus cargos, tiene derecho a reclamar y obtener la correspondiente reparacion o indemnizacion en la forma que establece la ley.

Las violaciones de los derechos humanos no prescriben.
