If you have purchased a Chrysler/Jeep product for use on your route and you have had numerous problems with it, please join us in our petition to Chrysler/Jeep to stand behind the products we have purchased from them.
There are many carriers that have unresolved problems that the dealerships will not fix, and Chrysler does not want to back the product because we use them on our routes.
There are also a lot of carriers that have experienced the same problems across the country. We want Chrysler to acknowledge the problems we are all having as a group, and come to a resolution with those carriers that have unresolved problems with their Jeep products.
I know many carriers have written letters and personally talked to the company without any resolution on the problems they are having.
Please include the detailed information below in your comments:
Make/Model of your Chrysler/Jeep Product
Problems you have had in the past
Problems you are continuing to have
Specific problems you have had with the Chrysler/Jeep Dealerships
When we have all of the information gathered, we will send all of the signatures and information to the Chrysler Home office along with a copy to the NRLCA so they will also know the problems we are having with these products, which hopefully might prompt them to start working on getting other Right Hand Drive vehicles available for our use.
We spend good money to have reliable, safe vehicles on our routes, and Chrysler/Jeep should be willing to stand behind the products they sell.
Thank You for your participation!

Comments: I have been having trouble with the torque converter and different lines have busted and need replacing. Right now I have a oil leak. You have to pay for some of these things out of pocket. While the jeep is in the shop you have to find your own transportation for your route or you can't work. You get stressed out and sick of the jeep. A lot of things happen after your warranty has ran out. I told a service advisor that this jeep is not made for this type of work, he told me the steering wheel is just on the right side. You pay too much for these jeeps and they are no good.
