We, the undersigned, hereby perition the American government to change its strategy in the \"war on Terrorism\" by not going to war on Iraq. The strategy needs to be changed from an aggressive, permeating foreign policy stance to one that involves removing American troops from all locations around the world to one that is more defensive in nature. We, the undersigned, recognize a need to place an emphasis on improving America\'s PR overseas and not creating new enemies by 1) Somehow countering or muffling our leaders big, threatening mouths as they do not represent the nation\'s voice and 2) Focusing on how to create better relations by not killing.
