I have spent this week cataloging the various service provider responses regarding why Caller ID information is frequently withheld. The lack of accountability remains a significant obstacle to fair service for all consumers.

half the time my caller id is blank. why are we paying for this?
my phone rings all day with these blocked numbers and i cant block them back because there is no info. its a total scam
CONSTANT calls that just say UNAVAILABLE i am sick of it. how is this still legal?
ive been on the do not call list for years but the unavailable calls just keep coming. it defeats the whole point of paying extra for caller id.
getting tired of these calls. if i pay for the service i expect to see who is calling every time. fix this.
several calls per day saying unavailable, work nights and wakes me up in the am

Receiving numerous Caller ID Unavailable calls with my phone number already on the Do Not Call Registry. Caller ID should always reflect the caller's number.
