The purpose of this petition is unite potential Ontario homebuyers for the purposes of regaining control over runaway prices in the Ontario Housing market. With the current slow down, now is the perfect opportunity. We want to pay affordable prices for houses. By banding together, we can swiftly reverse the perversity of housing prices in Ontario. Alone, we are unable to initiate such changes. However, united we will easily and swiftly topple the market. The market is far, far from proper valuations, and buyers are unwittingly locking themselves into a lifetime of hardship by purchasing for such prices.
If sellers see 1 million signatures on this baby they might take notice!

I have a small child and another one on the way. We can barely afford a small apartment to rent. At this rate we can never settle down into a home that would be safe for my family.
Highly overvalued
Buying a house in the GTA area today would proably be one the the worst decisions one could make.
The debt based market demand is certainly going to crash sooner or later.

in last five years the housing market doubled their prices
I would like to be able to own a house, while that may not be in the near future, it will NEVER be in the near future at current prices.

this is manipulated market and we must have the new policies and taxes for those who bought more than tow houses.
