We the residents of Baxter Village hereby Petition ClearSprings to permit the wooden birdhouses nailed to the trees along our roadways, be allowed to remain and foster the increase of the wild bird population within our community.
We further request that the individual that put them up, be allowed to continue to put them into place within the trees that are able to sustain them.
We understand the concern for the tree's health due to the nail, but all research conducted clearly states if the tree is mature enough , it will heal the wound caused by the nail.

I have spent hours watching the Blue Jays return to these trees and it breaks my heart to think of these tiny homes being ripped down. The stories you are sharing about the joy these birds bring to our neighbors prove that this is about more than just some wood and nails. I am working to schedule a time to speak with the management office about the health of our trees and the life they foster.

Seeing this community rally around the birdhouses has been deeply moving because those trees feel empty without the life they bring. The momentum keeps growing and it shows just how much we all value the natural heart of our village.

Honestly it is just one nail. The trees are huge and perfectly healthy. let the birds stay.
These houses are so cute and the birds love them. Why does the HOA always have to ruin everything nice in this neighborhood? Leave them alone.

I LOVE seeing the birds in the morning. Stop being so petty about a few birdhouses.
