I am signing this petition to make my voice heard. I am completely dissatisfied with the service that the STM has provided for the 105 bus route which starts at Vendôme metro and runs along Sherbrooke street in the borough of NDG.
EVERY morning between 8:00am – 9:00am, I am faced with the situation of overcrowded buses or buses that do not show up at all. The bus ride at the end of the day between 4:00pm - 6:00pm is even worse.
In January of 2011, the price for public transport was increased. I would like to know why this increase has not improved the service of the 105 bus route.

I have been collecting your stories about the chaotic morning commutes and sending them directly to the local transit office. Please forward this link to three people who rely on the 105 bus daily so we can increase the pressure for real schedule adjustments.

We hit a real turning point today and the momentum shows how many people are fed up with the delays on the 105. Post this link on your Facebook page right now to keep the pressure on the STM. Email your local rep and demand they address these overcrowding issues.

More busses for a more efficient service, We are crammed like sardines in the 105, that is of course... If we manage to catch the bus ( it constantly skips stops due to the overload)
I have lived worked and played in ndg on and off over the past 15 years and have taken the 105 hundreds of times at different times of the day. I concur with the petitioners that the worst times are the rush hours. It has also surprised me that the 105 doesn't just continue directly through Westmount to Atwater, as most NDG people are heading downtown and have to switch metros at Lionel Groulx. This piece of the mass transit network is irrational and should be rethought. Jason Prince, OUQ Urban Planner
I can not even count the number of times I have waited for the 105 only to have it go straight by at my stop, overflowing with people.
Every single morning is a nightmare. I end up being late for work because three buses in a row are too full to let anyone on. Enough is enough.
THE STM NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP. PAYING MORE FOR PASSES BUT GETTING WORSE SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS.
Definitely need more buses, especially during rush hours.
