Zynga as players as well as some being paying customers we our banning together in hopes of a resolution to our gaming problems we are experiencing with the game.There our numerous issues concerning Cafe World and we feel we our not being heard in this matter as well as customer service giving us basically the same script answers concerning our problems.We feel by listening to our complaints and concerns as well as suggestions on game play then it might relieve the email's sent to support concerning our problems we are experiencing .Your company is basically committing business suicide we thought you were working on getting revenue not taking it away, but you pile us with unsightly no end goals and the ones being timed there is no way an average individual l can stay on the game day and night to make the deadlines on the games your making the game become a job that no
one is getting paid for , but you if your lucky to have gamers who are willing to pay to play.
We think your not acknowledging your moral obligation to us players by rolling out new games under your company then trying to incorporate them into games that are already being played is poor business tactics .There our a lot of players that really work hard in there cafes to keep up with the demands of the game in which the rewards are barely considered rewards , but stuff being offered to us we have no use for or cannot even use.I think that bugs are submitted into these goals in hopes that we will pay to move forward because some players are not at levels as others so they would be more willing to probably pay to receive the award offered , but the ones who have been playing since day one of Cafe World being introduced and are at higher levels have basically seen the poor tactics behind the goals as well as the reward system .
concerning the uproar now of your company shutting down the help sites for the game has also caused a tremendous drop in players the players would have no need for these help sites if your company would make the goals more feasible to finish them vary rarely you extend the times for the goals so after struggling to accomplish the mission in the end we get nothing.Also just because we have or might not have numerous neighbors does not mean that our requests for parts will be answered and basically if you ask for friends on a repeated basis just to get the requests answered then a player gets banned for a certain period of time for excessive friend requests by Facebook.
I have also seen where players want to turn your company into the BBB actually I myself feel if you don't want to continue having us play your games then why should you continue offering them ?there our other competitive gaming sites out there that don't have the issues with there games as your company does and there not having to send an abundance of emails to the support staff either as your company is certainly overwhelmed with numerous emails from players .If your whole heartily willing to listen to us as players of your games and are concerned with losing your players of your games I myself will be willing to be the liaison of all dedicated cafe world players and be willing to forward you our list of complaints as well as very helpful ideas to make the game play better and more relaxing for us in a whole and in this there could be hopes of regaining the revenue for your company as well to uphold and maintain a good reputation of not only your company ,but your investors involved as well.
