Zynga, we need to talk about Chefville. WE NEED A USER FRIENDLY GAME! Please READ and SIGN!! =)

Can you please make the quantities of all ingredients held the same, some are 9, some are as high as 25 .. when using the garden separator some of the items made are more than the inventory limit. Can we have less 'Oops refresh' messages ... they simply get boring after a while and put you off playing the game. Can we have a little more input and friendly advisors when asking for help ... those of us that also play farmville find that help is more readily available and advisors are more friendly and happier to help out! Can you please also look at and fix the glitches that come with the game! Clj.

I really do love the game, but lots of goals we cannot finish in a timely manner, which takes up more of our family time to complete, ALL due to game crashes. We need a lot more storage (free)due to everything out on floor causes crashes and slow play. So we buy and sell, over and over. Not enough decorations or items can be purchased with CV coins. Another and this is minor, I and I hope others want more clothing, FUN & CUTE clothing and accessories for us female players with different ethnic styles would be amazing!!!! Even the males on here had 5 times as many nicer clothing items than we do.. Please help us, I have also reported to a Zygna rep just last week, of items missing, etc, and most of above, including unable to visit neighbors, therefore have lost more than 90 neighbors in past year due to their frustration with game.. Took 70 minutes and very little help received due to events now past due, and lack of of salt and pepper, making the game almost impossible to play. Sincerely Jacki Bradford

Chefville is a large and complicated game. You do well on all the things that are working right. But the complaints listed in this petition are valid and we would welcome and and all fixes to the stated problems. Thank you.

I, too have been a loyal player for a long time, first on CafeWorld, and now on Chefville. But the frustration I experience trying to play makes the game a LOT less fun, and I probably would have quit long ago if I didn't have so many friends who have helped me so much. I definitely won't spend my hard earned dollars on a game where I can't depend on the Chefville cash still being there. .

Please take this petition seriously.

we need all glitches to be fixed in all of your zynga games..there are to many problems and it gets very frustrating when we try to play and alot of people are actually quitting and it hurts the ones that are playing because that is one less neighbor we have!!

I agree about the access to getting pepper easier and salt. I feel we just need to keep on saying something how the game is not loading properly when trying to play and visiting our neighbors to collect ingredients without being kicked out all the time. I use to love playing this game, but now it's getting to be frustrating when I can no even collect salt to complete my dishes. Also I wish the expansions we can buy with our coins like we use to; not with Chefville cash. Itcosts way too much for those who can no longer afford getting the Chefville cash. Also just an FYI; this is the ONLY game I get kicked out alot while playing on Facebook.

game freezes so much especially when you have to request things and way too many things. All those gifts from friends let us get points to get things we need. too many things to build. Give us a week to collect things and save them for goals. Give us enough items to add up, example 9 apples. Bread is at 30. Let us know the people who still play getting no returns on all those sent. How about when you give someone one of their requests you should get the item back.

Fix all of the oops! Tired of the game freezing.

I really love the game, however with all the problems that have come up in the last several months, it has become darn near impossible to play. My husband asks me why I continue if the game is so 'broken' and the answer is simple - I enjoy the GAME ... I don't enjoy all the problems. I keep hoping Zynga will fix them, and listen to the players about the problems, and also to the suggestions. For example, making salt and pepper a bit easier to get, increasing storage and inventory space (by a very significant amount), by slowing down the ONSLAUGHT of new events and quests (and fixing the old issues first before releasing new content/quests etc), by not giving us so much for our restaurants (stoves, stations, crates, etc) that the game ends up being so overloaded that it can't load up and/or crashes, and so many other suggestions/ideas. Please start really listening to the players who love the game however are tired of being ignored and being stuck with a 'broken' game.

Need to allow more time

Should not have so many pop-ups when you enter the game, takes for ever to load and visiting neighbors sometimes takes 10 minutes to get a salt or pepper which we need to cook with. The constant freezing and telling me a ticket has been filed on my behalf just annoys me because I doubt any one is seeing this. Stop asking every time I complete something or sign on if I would like to spend money...if I want to spend money, I will, and the more you advertise it, the less I care to invest in the game because it seems it than freezes more to make you use your cash. Just so many goals and not enough room to put anything unless I want to spend 300 chefville cash to open an area. Get it right so we can enjoy our game!

Loyal Player-can no longer play- game constantly freezes- there is no way to complete a goal- too much like my real life job to enjoy it - used to be stress free activity to enjoy

I honestly love this game and really enjoy it when I get to play. This petition is so on the mark and I would love to see these issues resolved. Without our group I would have most likely quit a long time ago. Please help us! Thank you!
