Zynga, we need to talk about Chefville. WE NEED A USER FRIENDLY GAME! Please READ and SIGN!! =)

First, I love this game. The problems have gotten to the point where I don't play as often as I would like to. I get very frustrated by the "glitches" that seem to happen every time I play. I have thought about investing some money for chef's cash, but I will not do so until the problems are ( at least mostly ) taken care of.

Really love the game but way to many oops and crashes. My quests are always expiring and earlier it wouldn't let me "send" to friends. Need more room or please remove things that aren't needed!!

I agree totally. Even when you think yiu have finished, it comes up with another goal in the same time-frame - just making it impossible to finish. Please make it one thing at a time to finish so we can actually finish goals. One thing that bothers me is that you will see that you have 1, 2, 3,4 days to finish a goal, then they disappear. I am getting so fed up with ChefVille that I am telling friends not to play not to play it because you cannot finish any of the quests.

I cant visit my high level neighbors without it crashing and running slow. I enjoy playing it but I have to reload constantly.

I enjoy you games especially chefville, But I get constant refresh and cannot visit more than 2 neighbors at a time. It takes forever to load

I love chefville wish there isn't so many poop ups and when I get alot of pop ups it cause my game not to act right for me to play and wish we can have expansions for coins too and some with nothing on it so we can create the cafe we want to create . Thank you for your time

I too enjoy playing Chefville and would enjoy playing much more so if the game worked properly, thus i have to agree with all the above and the comments from others,. so please listen to us the players and fix the tech issues, and give us back the ability to contact some one to help us out with issues and in doing so all will be happier, even you as your bottom line would improve as people will be willing to spend real money on the game(s)........

I love this game, but it needs some attention

Love playing chefville....takes forever to visit neighbors, and after I visit 2 the game crashes and I have to re load the game....I agree with the seasonal things, if we cant delete the items at least make it possible to store them in the inventory. I agree about deleting the quests. The ones where we are suppose to get all mastery stars are just not that interesting to me personally....I would prefer to just be able to delete them. Again, I love playing this game just wish it was faster and didn't crash so easily...oh yea and I think there should be a place to store ALL crates like there is onions and radishes....

We know this game is capable of loading correctly and moving faster. We all saw that after the first coffee roll out. So why doesn't it work now?

Please take away so much animation & allow us to get rid of use expired decorations. Also loading is a major issue, please allow us to get rid of the catering trucks once done with them! Love the game, but you guys really need to tone it down and slow down TY
